**Main Purpose of Job**
Glen Dimplex Group is a world leader in intelligent electric heating and renewable energy solutions, as well as holding significant global market positions in domestic appliances, cooling and ventilation.
Our team based in Poole are looking for an Operations Administrator to deliver a high level of support for all incoming project enquiries received from both internal and external channels.
The role will involve ensuring efficient handling of enquiries to maximise Applications opportunities across all GDHV brands for every incoming sales enquiry, and assuming responsibility for admin support activities for the Operations team; logging, recording and updating information using the company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Accountabilities*
- **Manage all client enquiries, acknowledging receipt of information and advising of expected lead time, following up where additional information is required by the team in order to_ _fulfil the enquiry.
- **Log all projects and revisions onto the allocated systems and create the required folders so_ _the project is ready to be processed._
- Monitor and review project specific lead times to meet client expectations, consulting with the assigned team for updates.
- **Maintain the department project log. Entering all required information accurately and providing daily updates to the team to allow workload to be prioritised correctly
- **Effectively manage your own time and workload to ensure all assigned activities are conducted within prescribed timescales.
- **Provide customer support via all media routes to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained.
- **Assist external sales teams_ _to maintain customer relationships, updating information where necessary.
- **Ensure all project related records and documents are kept updated utilising the required systems in line with company quality standards and procedures, to comply with the processes in place.
- **Provide information and support to the Operations Management Team, assisting with the submission to achieve forecast and department output analysis.
- Manage the follow up process with customers and external sales teams to source accurate updates on the project status, and update key stakeholders with the latest feedback, ensuring they are logged on the correct systems.
- Carry out any other reasonable function necessary as requested by the Operations Management team and provide reasonable cover for others within the team.
- **Understand the requirements of LOT20, SAP to support the promotion of product related features.
- **Ensure all departmental tasks and functions are undertaken in a safe manner, to ensure compliance with the company Health and Safety policies, procedures, and management system.
- **Uphold the highest standards of quality, protect and consider the environment to ensure to our ISO9001 and ISO14001 processes and procedures are completed.
- **Ensure projects and documents are processed as per the documented procedures, kept updated when necessary utilising the required systems in line with company quality standards and procedures.
- Gain a full appreciation of all GDHV installed products in order to identify opportunities
- Identify any ongoing personal training needs as part of the Personal Development Review process to achieve any personal training needs

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*
- Knowledge and experience of using SAP or similar ERP based system
- Experience of operating within an ISO accredited structure
- Similar duties conducted within an engineering or construction based company
