Fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join an award-winning business at this exciting time of change.

Initially the role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with a possibility of becoming permanent.
- Based in Warrington
- Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30

The Project Coordinator will assist in the roll out of a new operating system across the whole of the business network (250+ branches) which is due to be completed July 2024.

This is a complex business change project and the role will involve working closely with the Head office and National offices supporting the full onboarding journey.

The position of the Project Coordinator will be busy and varied including the following duties:

- Manage and coordinate the wave of 12 week onboarding schedule
- Schedule support calls and meetings
- Manage the training calendars
- Track operational activity during on-boarding period
- Escalate delays to the implementation plant
- Establish recover plan for those branches that fall behind the schedule
- Measure KPIs for the implementation progress
- Review and amend implementation plan
- Develop and maintain excellent relationship with team members and stakeholders
- Identify any potential risks

Ideally the successful Project Coordinator will have the following skills and expertise:

- Proven experience coordinating a large scale complex project
- Ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Willingness to work flexibility in a fast moving fluid environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good eye for details and accuracy
- Excellent IT Skills and ability to learn new
- Strong trouble shooting and able to resolve issues in a demanding environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
