Key Responsibilities
- **Project Planning and Coordination**: Plan and coordinate various activities, including blockages, overlays, self-build, and flex projects, to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- **Traffic Management**: Plan and coordinate traffic management requirements to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Liaise with local authorities and highway authorities to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and assess potential risks that could impact project delivery and implement mitigation strategies.
- **Data Management**: Update internal trackers and schedules, and input site data into internal and client systems.
- **Communication**: Respond to permit modification queries, create daily whereabouts, and attend calls and meetings as required.
- **Administrative Support**: Complete and arrange for the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs, and Quality Plans, and raise purchase orders for approval and invoicing.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Report on and instigate continuous improvement by the effective use of KPIs.
- **Team Collaboration**: Liaise with staff, operatives, and customers effectively and with respect.
Requirements
- **IT Skills**: Good level of IT skills, including Excel and other Microsoft packages.
- **Industry Experience**: Experience of working in the telecommunications or similar industry.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Experience in LA/HA TM applications and CAD submissions, NRSWA awareness and understanding.
- **Client Tools**: Adept at manipulating client tools and reports on a regular basis.
- **Qualifications**: IT and Health and Safety qualifications.
