At Turf Tank, we are currently looking for our new Field Service Operator for the Northern UK area.

**The job**

You will be the go-to contact for the customers in your region, providing them with the support and back-up they need in their linemarking endeavors. You will be responsible for installing our robots at customer sites, teaching them how to use them and answering any questions they might have. Furthermore, you are a team player ready for sideline support for your teammates and their customers in the UK.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Installation of new robots by coordinating with customers and colleagues
- Provide robust on-site product training
- Ad-hoc on-site service
- Online logging of your activities in our CRM/SMS systems
- Service and Support towards colleagues near your territory.

**Qualifications**
- Prior success and experience in customer support, or technical support role.
- Mechanical Know-how.
- The ability to communicate technical and complex information, both verbally and written.
- A customer-centric mindset, maintaining professionalism.
- Strong ability to manage time and proven success while working independently.
- An affinity for technology, prior experience with a CRM system is preferred.
- Natural curiosity and creativity.
- The ability to stay motivated and on-task.
- Prior experience with, or passion for the sports industry and sports technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a current driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Ability to travel and work remote.
- You are able to accommodate varying work schedules and hours.
- Be proficient when working with various technology devices and platforms.

You will become a part of a company with +150 employees globally, where you will be joining our headquarters in Svenstrup near Aalborg. Here we currently have 60 employees that will be part of your day-to-day.
