**Recruitment Assistant**:

**Hours**: 37.5

**Base**: Hemel Hempstead or Leeds

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Non Clinical Recruitment Placement Team.

This role is primarily to support our consultants with the recruitment of Admin & Clerical workers based in the Trusts. You will be involved in managing the recruitment aspect, particularly the initial screening, for our clients (The NHS Trusts) as well as compliance and onboarding activities.

We are looking for someone with a strong desire to succeed in a demanding and fast-paced environment, the following skills will be required:

- Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail
- Database and IT Savvy
- The desire to deliver a first class recruitment service
- Must be willing to learn and expand comfort zones

**To be successful in this post you will need to demonstrate**:

- A positive approach to work - to deadlines, KPI's and targets.
- The ability to maintain accurate records (electronically & hard copies), ensuring the database is kept current, up-to-date, and maintained to a high standard in line with GDPR.
- Experience of working in a customer orientated / fast paced office environment.
- The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising shifting workloads.
- Sound office administration skills.
- Your ability to work effectively in a busy team dynamic.
