**About Us/The Client**

Our well established, international client are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Customer Experience team. Working for a family-run, international business, our client can offer a friendly working environment and fast paced dayto day within a supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with prior administrative experience and passion for delivering a high standard of client services within a thriving business.

**About the position**

On a daily basis, you will be required to help maintain the day-to-day processing and preparation of orders. Ensuring that calls and enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner and to the highest of standards. Proactively contribute with the team on improvementsto the product and services offered.

**Duties Include**:

- Answering calls, chats and enquiries
- Handling all calls in a professional and timely manner
- Processing Orders from receipt of order through to dispatch
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately
- Providing quotations to prospects and customers
- Liaise with customers regarding order progress
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Develop full knowledge of the product

**Working Hours**:

- 09:00 - 17:30 - Monday-Friday

**Salary and Package**
- £21,500 per annum
- Friendly working environment

- Previous experience within an administrative or office-based customer service role is essential
- Due to location, access to your own vehicle is preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good team player
- Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
- Confident with holding conversations
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team
- Willingness to Learn
- Basic understanding of PC/Mac OS and software
