Due to recent expansion and growth within the company we are looking to recruit a full-time fire damper compliance administrator.

**Who are we?**

Aether Compliance Ltd is fast becoming a market leader within our sector. The Company provides specialist building compliance services to our Facilities Management and Hospitality portfolio.

A fast moving, modern 'digital first', paperless and carbon neutral company servicing of 2000 properties across the UK (and growing)

**The role**:
This full-time position (based out of our Chelmsford office) will be working alongside our technical leads, engineers and management on fire damper projects

The role will include:

- Assess Plans
- Schedule Works
- QA Fire Damper Reports
- Provide Remediation Quotes
- Support Fire Damper Engineers
- liaise With Clients

The successful applicant will be able to problem solve for clients and (due to the customer facing responsibilities of the position) successful applicants will also be able to communicate clearly and professionally (both written and verbal) using cloud based software systems and general office programs.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- fire damper testing (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
