Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform general administrative tasks including registering learners and building portfolios
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Supporting the existing team
- Undertake compliance related tasks
- Providing general support to the Operations Manager

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
