Facilities Coordinator

We are looking to hire Facilities Coordinator for an industry leading Facilities Management company. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation with great training and development opportunities. **Role**: Facilities Coordinator **Pay Rate**: £18.50 P/H **Contract**: Temp Ongoing (Minimum 7 months) **Location**: Burton-on-Trent **Hours**:Monday to Friday Days **The Role**:
- Report to the Site Facilities Manager, assisting in providing the client account direction.
- Liaise with the Customers, on-site Teams, internal departments, Sub-Contractors, and Facilities Manager to ensure the service is delivered in line with SLA.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with the customer, to provide regular feedback, discuss quotations, PPM schedules, production equipment issues, client updates, coordinate quote requests and develop good working relationships.
- Assisting in financial and operational compliance
- Ensure compliance documentation is available and audit able to ISO Standards
- Collect, report, track, and mange from a standard set of performance metrics.
- Assist in in the management of Budget and delivery to budget.
- Ability to work with mínimal direct supervision and resolve complex problems.
- Excellent Customer skills with an ability to exceed customer's expectations.
- Fair and consistent attitude in all dealings at all levels.
- CAFM (Planon) Experience (essential)
- Reports Microsoft, BI Reports (advantageous)
- Computer literacy, Office Packages etc (Essential)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation (IOSH Managing Safely), Facilities Management, Quality Procedures, Management Planning and Procedures and Statutory Compliance Delivery & Regulations.
