To supervise a team of Admissions Coordinators within the Trauma and Orthopaedic Admissions department based at Cheltenham General hospital. This post holder will support the team to achieve the current RTT target. They will be required to liaise with theatre staff, ward sisters and the pre-assessment department. The post holder will be responsible for theatre utilisation, ensuring all theatre capacity is fully booked and attend weekly theatre meetings.

The post holder will be responsible for the authorisation of annual leave, recording sickness where necessary and conducting 1:1s with the team. The post holder will also be responsible for validation of patient pathways using various Insight reports ensuring patients pathways are stopped/restarted accordingly. Post holder will also be responsible with supporting the assistant general manager with projects and reports.
