Edinburgh, United Kingdom UserTesting Full time

We're UserTesting, a leader in experience research and insights; we believe the path to human understanding and great experiences start with a shared understanding—seeing and hearing how another person engages with the world around them and taking in their perspective. Working at UserTesting, you will be empowered to help organizations discover the human side of business-transforming how they work, collaborate, innovate, and bring new products and experiences to market. This is what inspires us, and it's how we enable companies to connect with their audiences naturally and organically through an experience that is uniquely, and intentionally human.

A trusted company by top brands for 15+ years, UserTesting, recently merged with UserZoom, has over 3,400 customers in 50 countries, including 75 of the Fortune 100 companies. Joining our team means being part of a passionate group focused on transforming how companies learn from and understand their customers. Come join us and help us build the engine for human understanding.

Our internship is not only an opportunity for you to learn, develop and gain experience in a market-leading, global software company, it's an opportunity for you to bring diversity, ideas and energy to UserTesting. If you'd like to hear more about it, watch our short video

Other responsibilities include:

- Suggest improvements to existing compensation and benefits-related business processes in preparation for Workday implementation (offer, benefits enrollment, etc.)
- Learn about compensation and benefits surveys (benchmarking, topical/trend, etc.) and participate on behalf of UserTesting
- Assist with monthly benefits processing including liaising with payroll and updating internal and 3rd party systems
- Monitor and respond to tickets submitted through JIRA ticketing system and escalate when appropriate
- Complete data audits within our systems and across vendor platforms and drive the cleanup of any gaps found
- Support the planning, rollout and administration of a companywide wellness program
- Learn how to complete basic analyses and support basic analysis requests
- Build and maintain project plans and/or trackers for assigned projects and tasks
- Present regular updates to key stakeholders in internal meetings
- Successfully partner and collaborate with key stakeholders across the TR team, People team and broader company

**What we're looking for**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Sheets/Excel and Slides/Powerpoint
- Ability to review data, find gaps, and make recommendations for improvement
- Ability to observe and ask questions in order to document processes, and make suggestions for process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
