WHAT TO EXPECT
Consumer Apps are fundamental to our re-imagination strategy - empowering our customers with Modern Luxury Client Experiences in the palm of their hand, whilst delivering seamless interactivity with our future generation of vehicles. This role is critical in delivering market activation, product optimisation and feature validation, working closely with market stakeholders. You will be working with the Group Product Owner and other Product owners to co-deliver the vision of a brand-new app channel through the Client Experience Framework, which will transform the customer experience as part of our re-imagine strategy.
You will be at the forefront of change within Jaguar Land Rover as we go through our digital transformation; Responsible for managing our ‘take to market’ agile squad with a customer first mindset to bring to market our future app strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
The successful Product Owner will be working within a multi - disciplinary team, co-delivering the vision of a brand-new app channel and market deployment. You will be ensuring the voice of the customer is heard at all levels and conveying how we as a business can reach the desired outcomes of the customer whilst staying within the bounds of business constraints.
