Join our team as a Product Owner within the Analytical Solutions team

You will be a part of a wider team that is building robust in-house analytics solutions to handle the integration, modelling, prediction and inference of customer quality issues, utilising best-in-class data analytics, machine learning tools and methods. This will enable rapid, clear problem detection and enhanced customer experiences.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

The position will see you being responsible for a given analytics solution such as Churn Modelling or Propensity Modelling to support future product development within JLR markets. Working within analytics project teams and with a wide range of functional business partners to develop sophisticated data-led solutions, as well as reporting to the Group Solution Owner.

Other responsbilities include:

- Develop a solution vision for a series of core capabilities and associated tasks to create a solution backlog that can be managed in JIRA.
- Prioritise backlog into sprints ca. 2-3 weeks and report on key development releases to Commercial Senior Management and Directors.
- Work with the Group Solution Owner to determine quarterly resource requirements and expected value to support Quarterly Big Room Planning.
- Deliver a robust measurement strategy including associated dashboarding to measure the ongoing impact of a solution facilitating a long-term move to a DevOps model for the Solution.
- Align with other Analytics Solution Owners to understand interdependencies between solutions and support a consolidated Analytics Roadmap.

**Knowledge, Skills & experience**

Essential:

- Product management skills and experience managing a project in JIRA.
- Demonstrable experience in evaluating different analytics solutions for a problem both before and after delivery.
- Work with Client Data and Digital teams to ensure solutions are built of robust data pipelines and fully supported wherever possible.
- Work with the Mar-Tech team to ensure solutions are delivered to market in the most accessible way.
- Good communication skills for managing business and technical stakeholders.
