**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title **Property Admin Co-ordinator
**Division **FI - Real Estate Management
**Location **Based at Canal Mill PR6 9AF
**Reporting to**:Sales Manager and Property Co-ordinator

**Role Overview**

To provide support to the Asset Management team by delivering an effective and efficient administrative service.

To liaise with inter-company departments where necessary and facilitate the administration of tasks and asset management duties

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist asset management team to monitor workflows
- Follow up enquires on behalf of the Asset Managers
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Diary Management
- Minute taking
- Assist with preparation of presentations, board reports and legal documentation
- Assist and train team members to use system software
- Assist service charge and utilities processes where necessary
- Assist with special project work as required

**Competencies**
- Team player who is also able to work on their own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning and organization skills
- A demonstrable understanding of the importance of confidentiality

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
