Now due to an unprecedented level of growth we are looking for a driven and passionate Admin Assistant to join our People team. This role is perfect if youre looking to begin your career within the HR function, well develop you and provide you with on-going training to further your career with the company.

**About the role**

The primary responsibility of the role will be to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the People team, supporting all team members to ensure an efficient, professional, responsive service is provided to all stakeholders.

**Salary**: £22,734 - £24,000 p.a. (dependant on experience)

**What you will be doing**
- Maintaining and updating all HR records including leavers, starters, etc.
- Supporting with the monthly payroll process by collating relevant documentation (employment contracts, contract changes etc) and adding to payroll folders.
- Administration of recruitment processes, including all standard letters, scheduling of appointments, tracking process, compliance, contract issue and return.
- Produce, issue and log contracts and change of contract letters.
- Manage the administration of performance and capability procedures to support line manager, including issuing letters, arranging meetings, documenting meetings as required.
- Uploading and scanning of HR documents.
- Ensure all relevant ID, certificates and employment documents are received by start date.
- Creating and archiving electronic personnel files in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
- Updating, maintaining and administering accurate HR records on our HR system.
- Offboarding Leavers.

- Ability to be always remain confidential and discreet.
- Well organised and able to meet deadlines and manage volumes of work.
- Able to cope under pressure and prioritise demands.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and positive approach.
- Previous administration experience is necessary.
