**About The Role**:
The Insight Team Lead will lead the Insight Reporting and Analysis team to support the development of Callisto core business activities and facilitate the provision of added value services. This will involve workload prioritisation and staff development as we transition to MHHS and beyond.

This role reporting into the Insight Manager.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Liaise with internal operations, IT department and senior management regarding process efficiencies and outputs acting as a process expect within the existing Business as Usual framework.
- Receive Portfolio related Electric and Gas problems, interrogating data and making complex judgements.
- Focus points for generation of ad-hoc and planned external and internal reports
- Liaise with Change and Engineering colleagues regarding Electric and Gas industry change proposals and their impact on the business
- Oversee the management of process mapping and MI provision, whilst also assisting with contract stabilisation via process maturity and innovation.
- Ensure that reports that are output are in line with contractual and industry agreements
- Support the team on any personal development, 121s etc..

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience within a Insights/Data related role.
- Previous experience managing a team
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Delivers excellent service to both internal and external customers
- Ability to communicate to all level of roles within the business
- Capable of setting up a strategic direction for area of authority
- Driving superior performance
- Can create change and innovation

Desirable:

- Utilities industry knowledge and experience
- Some coding experience e.g. SQL development capabilities
