**Dental Treatment co-coordinator**

We pride ourselves on attention to detail within our patient care journey, providing excellent treatment and customer service. We are looking for a full time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity with the potential to join a forward-thinking dental practice with hope to develop into a long and successful career within our company.

We have a dedicated implant surgeon to focus on Dental Implants with all other treatments provided under one roof Our practice is modern and fully private, equipped with the latest technology of ITero scanners, CT scanner, digital patient workflows as well as being CQC compliant. This underpins the high standards we set ourselves and for our teams as we pursue our aim of becoming a champion league practice

**Organised-** you will be managing your own diary and will have several tasks that will need to be carried out daily. Thus, organisation is key to success. Setting goals, deadlines and managing tasks is essential.

**Communication skills-** your job will in essence be about your ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. To succeed you will need to master the ability to build rapport with patients and be confident in sales. You will motivate and inspire team members to follow you and assert your knowledge and authority to get stuff done

Listening skills is a must You must be a people person.

Creativity is a must to develop the TCO role into the centre of the practice. You will need to use initiative, be driven, self-motivated to develop new working systems that improve the patient journey

**Reliable and self-managed - **You must have initiative, be confident and be able to work independently for this role. You must have business acumen and be fluent on KPI management.

**Willing to constantly learn**- the TCO role is a dynamic role. You will have to be willing to read around the topic, attend seminars, go to meetings, work with coaches, do new courses and do everything it takes to stay ahead in this field.

**Key Areas of the roles are**:

- Seeing patients for non-clinical appointments
- Handling all enquiries from all channels into the practice
- Nurturing enquiries to conversion
- Communicate with stakeholders and maintain relationships
- Work closely with the management team to ensure patients get a 5-class service
- Report KPIs and stats and be responsible for the data collection from other team members
- Liaising with team members to ensure social media and other channels are promoting brand awareness

**Qualifications, training, experience**
- Dental experience ideally - Radiography qualified or willing to devote time commitment to work towards this qualification
- Experience of Dental Implants and Invisalign treatments
- Familiar with the patient digital journey - iTero/Trios
- Computer literate - especially with spreadsheets excel
- Customer facing roles, sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
