We are one of Northern Ireland’s leading referral only clinics, providing treatment in all aspects of specialist dentistry and dental implants. Our team of specialist consultants, nurses and support staff create a professional experience for every patient.

Established in 1995, South Down Clinic has been providing care for patients across Ireland. After more than 20 years in Dominic Street, South Down Clinic relocated to the new purpose built Custom House, in 2017.

The new home to South Down Clinic, is one of Newry’s most prestigious addresses. Modern facilities with views across the city and ample onsite parking are available.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Delivering high quality customer services to patients and visitors and supporting the entire dental team
- Providing reception duties and greeting patients face to face on their arrival.
- Organisation of day list and preparation of dental record to run efficient dental services
- Undertaking specific administrative roles as and when directed by the Dentist and Dental Nurse team leader to support the day to day running of the clinic
- Adhering to company policies at all times and flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
- Professional and polite presentation with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have some experience with credit control
- Computer literacy across the Microsoft Office Suite with an enthusiastic "Can do" approach in technology to improve methods of delivering and receiving patient information.
- Strong Attention to Detail with a proactive and ability to work with or without Supervision
