Zest Dental is seeking an experienced dental practice manager for a new role in the County Armagh/County Down area. This exciting opportunity allows you to join a modern, pro-active dental clinic offering a range of first-class services. As part of our team, you will have the chance to shape the management and administration of the practice moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily operations to achieve business objectives
  • Development and implementation of recruitment and training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Effective management of staff rotas, including attendance and sickness policies
  • Strong financial management skills, with a focus on business growth and cost reduction
  • Handling complaints and feedback from staff and patients
  • Management of staff performance, including appraisals and development reviews
  • Regular team meetings and staff training sessions
  • Implementation and updates of company policies and procedures in line with legislative changes
  • Maintenance of clean, safe, and hygienic premises, equipment, and surfaces
  • Risk assessments, audits, and financial data to meet company and CQC standards
  • Safe and secure management of clinic finances and payments
  • Stock management of clinical and consumable supplies
  • Safeguarding lead
  • Information governance lead, with awareness of data protection and GDPR regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with all NHS requirements

Requirements:
As a quality and modern private dental practice, we seek an experienced practice manager with solid leadership skills, good communication, and people skills. Knowledge of CQC requirements, health and safety, basic accounting, and day-to-day practice management is essential.
