Do you have experience as an Office Manager? Do you hvae an understanding of financial processes such as purchase ledger? Are you looking for a new role with a well established company?

This manufacturer have a great reputation and are known for offering a great place to work. Due to the company's expansion they are looking to appoint an Office Manager with a Finance background. Within this role you will be working alongside the FinancialController and oversee 2 direct staff.

The role would suit someone who has managerial experience, knowledge of finance processes and has previous experience working for a manufacturing company, looking join a business that offer a great place to work and plenty of progression opportunities.

The Role:

- Assisting the Financial Controller, overseeing 2 direct staff. Duties could include payroll processes, purchase ledger, processing of expenses, assisting with monthly management accounts suchas cash flow, profit and loss, forecast reports, balance sheet
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, 8am-5pm, 2pm finish on a Friday
- Experience as an Office Manager or Finance Team Leader
- Knowledge/understanding of purchase ledger essential
- Knowledge/understanding of payroll, credit/debit payment management, finance software packages such as Sage Accounting/Payroll and/or Hyperion highly advantageous
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing company highly advantageous
