**Resourcing Officer / Recruitment Officer**

**Salary Range**:£26,873 - £29,269 (Grade G)

**Location**: Hybrid working (office base County Hall, Northallerton)

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Hours**: Full and part time options available

**To be successful as a Recruitment Officer you will**:

- Have previous client management experience with the ability to influence decision making
- Have had experience dealing with a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to work successfully with stakeholders at a various levels
- Have problem solving skills, using your initiative to create a bespoke solution for your stakeholders
- Have experience in providing an excellent level of customer service
- Have a good understanding of IT packages including, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel etc along with excellent attention to detail and administration skills.

You will be based at our Northallerton Office, working a combination of office and home days each week.
