**The Company: Our client is a building, construction and refurbishment company who have a wide range of clients, no client is too big or small and they are always consistent with their quality of work.** **The Job**:
Reporting into their Office Manager, this role will be a really busy and varied role working as a Temporary Customer Service Co-ordinator on an ongoing temporary basis.

Responsibilities will include:

- Receiving and processing calls/jobs utilising helpdesk software.
- Allocating work orders to directly employed labour team or approved contractors.
- Liaising with engineers and tracking progress against KPIs/SLAs.
- Reporting back to clients on job progress and updating job systems.
- Planning, assigning, and monitoring PPMs.
- Assisting other office staff with clerical duties as required
- Any other tasks deemed

**The Person**:
For this role our client is looking for someone who has previous customer service experience gained in a commercial environment.Also required is:

- Experience working within a similar helpdesk role or office environment or customer service essential.
- Computer literate - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to duties.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage your time.

**The Location**:
Bedminster (with car parking) Bristol - 100% office based

**The Hours**:
Monday to Friday 8am -5pm

**The Salary**:
£11 per hour
