They are a local removal & storage company based in Halesowen, Birmingham. It is part of a larger group with depots in Manchester, Stafford & Leicester. They are the experts in all aspects of moving - home removals, storage, International Moving as well as Office and Commercial removals.
**Job Description**:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Dealing with Web Enquiries, Telephone Enquiries, Live Chat Enquiries
- Booking Sales Appointments
- Quote Production
- Taking Bookings and explaining our Insurances and Waivers
- Liaising with the customer throughout the moving process
- Ensuring that all paperwork is in place for European and International moves
- Invoice Production
- Gathering Customer Feedback Data
- Completion of a Purchase Order Log
- Production of basic accounts information

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
