An exciting opportunity has arisen for a couple of Band 3 **administrators** based within our Community Recovery Service.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individuals. You will be required to have relevant knowledge of an administrative environment. You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise your own workload. Daily duties will include enquiries from clients, carers, health professionals and other agencies and minute taking. The successful post holder will have all-round administration experience together with a good working knowledge of word processing systems, data recording, proven organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner and will be required to undertake a variety of administrative tasks within a small administration team

**Detailed job description and main responsibilities**:
The successful post holder will have all-round administration experience together with a good working knowledge of word processing systems, data recording, proven organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner and will be required to undertake a variety of administrative tasks within a small administration team.

The work will be demanding and varied, and excellent communication skills are essential. If you have a keen eye for detail and are able to work on your own initiative, then we would like to hear from you.

Experience of working in a healthcare setting and experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive issues would be an advantage. **Person specification**:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing as first point of contact with all levels of staff in person, on the telephone and in written correspondence
*Effective handling of highly confidential information ensuring high level of discretion at all times
*Excellent planning and organising skills
*Ability to be adaptive and flexible in response to additional workload
*Experience of co-ordinating complex meetings involving staff from other departments/organisations
*Experience of providing administration support to a team of staff including senior managers or dedicated support to a senior member of staff
*Desirable criteria
*CRS experience
*Understanding of key service area processes
*GCSE English Grade C or above or equivalent qualification.
