**Title: Administrator / Operational Administrator**

The role will involve the following;
- Contract administration for major clients
- Preparation of property packs for Council Refurbishment schemes
- Job and appointment scheduling
- Records management and report creation
- Customer communication
- Liaison with staff and subcontractors
- Use of Word, Excel and Powerpoint for reporting and data collection
- Ordering of materials and services, skips etc
- Processing of supplier and subcontractor invoices
- Fleet management
- Time sheet processing

**Hours**
- 30 hours per week Monday to Friday - This role has a flexible start time (08:00 - 09:30) with 6 hour shifts.

**Pay**
- £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
