The Job Role Details:
Due to the continued growth of Archway Green Ltd, we are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Finance Department. Working alongside a small Accounts Team to achieve their reporting and analysis deadlines.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Carry out daily / weekly bank reconciliations and investigate anything that cannot be reconciled
- Invoice processing and BACS runs
- Enter purchase invoices
- Creating purchase orders
- Checking incoming purchase invoices
- Scanning in and attaching to the system PODs and Purchase Invoices
- Assist with Cashflow reporting each week
We Are Looking For:
GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C) - Essential
Computer knowledge to include Outlook, Word and Excel - Essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Be able to work on own initiative and work to deadlines
Accountancy qualification / one year’s accounts experience - Desirable
Previous experience using SAGE or Xero accounting software - Desirable
Hours and Salary package:
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm
Full time, Permanent
Holiday allowance 28 days inclusive of bank holidays

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
