Duties and Responsibilities:

General:_

  • To undertake all duties and responsibilities in accordance with Kick X's policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • To link with Group Finance and support where required.
  • To become familiar and comply with Kick X's rules on data confidentiality, data protection and security.
  • To become familiar with and comply with local Health and Safety policies/procedures including fire/evacuation procedures.

Finance:_

  • To become familiar with the ever-increasing portfolio of Kick X hybrid games
  • To operate the company's accounting software with IT support.
  • To make payments, in a timely and agreed manner, to suppliers when ordered goods or services are received.
  • To raise invoices for services provided by ASI and reconcile payments against remittances received.
  • Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations.
  • To manage credit control and debt collection.
  • Oversee and manage staff expenses, petty cash and any company credit cards.
  • To manage month end procedures and monthly management accounts in conjunction with off-site accountant/FD.
  • To ensure all customer and supplier queries related to finance are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Evaluating and optimising financial controls and procedures.

Administrative:_

  • To assist with meeting and greeting visitors to the company, including refreshments.
  • To assist with the sorting of the company's incoming mail.
  • To liaise with Kick X team to support inventory control.
  • To liaise with Kick X team to organise purchasing of goods and services for the company at best economic value utilising and maintaining the Approved Suppliers List.
  • To participate in Company meetings and take an active interest in the activities of Kick X.
  • To assist with ad hoc projects or tasks that my evolve in the business.
