London, United Kingdom University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Full time

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic team working across all NHS providers in North Central London (NCL) for the NCL provider collaborative. This is a permanent NHS Band 6 position, hosted by UCLH, which has standard NHS employment terms and conditions such as NHS pension and the Inner London High-Cost Allowance.

This role involves working across a broad remit, including NCL’s clinical networks and operational aspects (project management, finance, comms, digital skills). It’s a great opportunity to develop your understanding of how systems and services work across North Central London to deliver world-class care to our patients.

This a new role and would suit someone who would like to develop and implement new systems and processes, and who enjoys working independently and as part of a small team.

We provide strong learning and training opportunities, as well as flexible working, including a mixture of home and on-site working.

The UCL Health Alliance is the multi sector provider collaborative for North Central London, hosted by UCLH. We are a new organisation; our purpose is to enable effective partnership across the whole health pathway, from prevention to treatment, covering both physical and mental health needs, to improve the health outcomes and experience for the population we serve. This includes people across North Central London as well as those travelling in across the wider region, and in some cases nationally, to receive specialised care.

iv. Record, monitor and follow up project risks and issues on a timely basis, escalating to the programme manager where required.
v. Provide updates to programme managers, which can be shared across wider team and member organisations.
vi. Analyse complex facts or situations, interpreting a range of information to formulate recommendations or solutions related to the project
vii. Ability to present complex data in a clear and easily understood format - both verbally and in writing.

5.2. Planning and Organisation
i. Accurately take and transcribe formal minutes, distribute agendas and ensure appropriate paperwork is available at speciality meetings as required. Ensure appropriate action is taken following the meeting.
