**The Role**

As a Housing Project Administrator / Co-ordinator, you will assist with projects and working groups, covering a range of tenancy and property management activities.

Preparing project plans and supporting project teams to achieve agreed outcomes, you will assist with reviewing and analysing existing processes and identifying stakeholders, service dependencies and service improvement opportunities.

You will also project manage policy reviews and the development of operational procedures, guidance notes and business processes.

Additionally, you will:

- Maintain an accurate and timely record of all activities
- Carry out research in relevant activity areas
- Support communication strategies
- Assist with developing user-friendly data sources and record keeping systems

**About You**

To be considered as a Housing Project Administrator / Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience in project management, including delivering services in a customer-focused environment
- Knowledge of data management systems
- Demonstrable Microsoft Excel skills
- To be educated to HND level and/or have professional housing and/or customer service experience
- A full, valid driving licence

Housing for Women (HfW) is a registered charity and independent housing association. **Overall Aim**
- Meeting clearly defined targets through project management, project tasks and outcomes, customer engagement, risk assessments and other interventions.
- Maintaining an accurate and timely record of all activities including the maintenance of project planning systems within a Prince 2 environment.
- Working in line with ‘health and safety’ and safeguarding requirements to ensure the overall safety and security of the customer.
- Taking personal responsibility to ensure you maintain the highest level and current knowledge around specialism/s.
- Promote and encourage a high level of resident and stakeholder involvement, consultation, and communication.
- Sharing specialist knowledge with colleagues to ensure clients are resettled appropriately.
- Delivering a ‘best practice’ support service, appropriate to stakeholders and resident needs.
- Ensuring the delivery of individual personalised interactions, reflective of different customer needs, including culture and diversity issues.
- Working with customers and stakeholders to agree and carry out any actions/tasks regarding resettlement, in the absence of the Housing Move-On Project Officer.
- Knowledge of ‘best practice’ in both crisis intervention and planned support working.

**Principle Accountabilities**
- To participate in projects and working groups covering a range of tenancy and property management activities, including project managing policy reviews and the development of operational procedures, guidance notes and business processes.
- To assist the team by co-ordinating other related initiatives and stakeholder engagement activity that support the delivery of HfW’ s housing / tenancy management services.
- Prepare project plans and lead project teams to achieve agreed outcomes, including assisting the team with reviewing / analysing existing processes, identifying stakeholders, service dependencies and service improvement opportunities.
