You will be providing a range of HR support and guidance to the business. Being a true generalist, you will be involved in all aspects of HR including, talent, learning and development, employee relations and benefits.
- Provide first line, commercially focused advice, and guidance, acting as a point of contact for employee related queries from both managers and employees; ensuring resolutions are sought as efficiently as possible
- Assist in any employee relations queries and meetings, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances as required, ensuring advice is fair, appropriate, and commercially focused
- Provide support and guidance on absence levels, supporting next steps where appropriate
- Support the drive for a high-performance culture through supporting line managers with performance management
- Deliver and support learning and development across the business, including delivering training and coaching sessions and supporting broader L&D projects
- Conduct HR related workshops and support in the development of wider business workshops
- Support the whole employee life cycle including inductions, new starter process, leavers and exit interviews
- Drive and manage the recruitment and selection process as required, including job descriptions, interviews, assessment centres and testing. Ensuring alongside hiring managers that effective teams are built in line with strategy and values

**Essential**
- CIPD Level 5 qualified, or studying towards (or equivalent) with a wide range of generalist HR experience
- Good communication skills with the ability to build solid stakeholder relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated and able to manage a busy workload
- Positive nature with a pragmatic approach to problem solving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
