Are you looking for something different? Enjoy meeting people and being out and about? Have a full driving licence and are comfortable driving a van? Happy to work weekends?

We are looking for one or two people to join us to help with our events, normally within a couple of hours of Northampton but sometimes further and sometimes staying away for a night.

This role is very varied, setting up and operating/supervising the various fun things we offer our customers. Events are mostly weekends and evening and sometimes it will be past midnight by the time you are home so please consider this before you apply.

Things that are important to us:
**You must be reliable**, it is very important to not let our customers down as we are often the main entertainment at various events it is simply not an option to not attend the event.

**You must be a people person**, most of our events are various celebrations, birthdays/weddings/anniversary’s so being comfortable in groups of people is a must.

**You must be able to to lift without assistance**, some of our equipment requires lifting in/out of vans and can be heavy, it’s important that you know this as this role may not be suitable for everyone.

We are looking to bring people in on a self employed based with an agreed minimum earning per week, the events vary greatly so flexibility will be required but mostly our events fall across the end of the week and over the weekend.

The amount agreed will depend on any experience you have, the amount of time your able to commit to the role. We will be happy to review this regularly as you grow into the role.

Training on specific equipment will of course be given.

Initially we are only considering drivers but will required some ad-hoc event assistants over the summer that will not be required to drive.
