**Role: Safety and Compliance Officer**

**Salary: £25,000**

Key responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities equipment.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to health and safety.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on health and safety matters, promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability.

**Skills**:

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, assess hazards and develop effective control measures.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and organised documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using health and safety management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive and solution orientated mindset.
