Prospero Group are recruiting an experienced **Compliance Manager** to join their rapidly growing and fast moving health and social care team

This role will be responsible for managing Compliance for health & social care recruitment across the South west.

As a Compliance Manager you will be responsible for -- Ensuring compliance with all legislation, sector changes and company policies/procedures, as implemented by Head of Compliance & Safeguarding.
- Preparation of reports for senior management as required.
- Spot checks to ensure ensuring all documentation, safeguarding and vetting checks are correct and updated as necessary.
- Managing 3 Compliance Officers based across the South west and Cardiff.
- Attending senior level meetings.

To be successful for this role you must be able to demonstrate similar experience within recruitment Agency/ health and social care sector.

We are looking for someone with impeccable attention detail, resilience and strong drive to ensure all compliance procedures and policies are adhered.

This role is also suited to someone wanting to move into a management role.
