We have a fantastic opportunity for the right individual as a claims advisor to work with the TicketPlan Team, based in our office in Shoeburyness. Previous experience in insurance claim handling and travel is essential.

**Responsibilities include-**
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Complaints handling and problem solving
- Liaising with insurance providers
- Claims handling

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
