- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning as needed.
- Administer medication and assist with medication reminders under the direction of healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
