About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Hansa Lodge. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Providing person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Supporting service users with their medical and welfare needs, including administering medication and providing emotional support
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
