As a Support Worker with Walsingham Support, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. You will work closely with our team to deliver tailored support plans that promote independence, confidence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with diverse needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
- Support individuals to engage in community activities and develop social skills
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless support and care
