About the Role:

  • Assist the Extra Care Registered Manager in the operational management of the service.
  • Collaborate with the Extra Care Registered Manager, Social Services, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of care are provided.
  • Empower clients and meet their needs by providing tailored support and care.
  • Work in conjunction with service users' families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere within the service.
