Join Our Team as a Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at The Lighthouse Children's Home in Raynes Park, SW London. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with autism and learning disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Supporting team leadership and carrying out risk assessments and updating care plans
  • Administering medication and providing quality and consistent care to meet social, emotional, and behavioural needs
  • Supporting young people to engage in their favourite activities and promoting child safety and welfare

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old
  • Strong background in support work and social care
  • 1 year's experience as a Senior/Team Leader, including shift leading, medication, and staff supervision
  • Willing to undertake personal care and confident working with challenging behaviour
