**About Our Client**:
I am working with a business in Lutterworth that are looking for a driven and ambitious Finance Assistant to join their team. They are looking for somebody that wants to progress to a Financial Accountant. The business will offer full study support and progression. The purpose of the role is to support the Financial Controllers and Management Accountants in the management of all financial processes related to the UK Operations.
- Salary up to £27,000 plus study support
- Extremely flexible working hours
- WFH - 1/2 days per week
- Production of daily, weekly and monthly reporting on accounts receivable.
- Managing accounts receivable monitoring aged debts and chasing were necessary
- Track and manage DSO/DPO as KPI (days sales outstanding, days payable outstanding)
- Managed the debtor ledger, ensuring regular statements are sent, chasing invoices and any payments on accounts are matched off
- Manage creditor ledger reconciling statements, ensure all approved invoices are on the system and awaiting payment on time
- Tracking proforma payments, ensures VAT is accounted for correctly and the invoices is received on time and reconcile on the account
