Hatton Traffic Management is a leading provider of traffic management services across the UK. Established in 1976, Hatton has developed into a major force within the highways, rail and utilities sectors, working closely with our clients as a key part of their integrated supply chain.

Having won a major new contract based out of a brand-new depot in Tottenham, this position is required to manage the commercial administration of the project and ensure internal management and quality systems are adhered to in a precise and accurate manner.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Create and complete monthly project Payment Applications to meet deadlines
- Create and complete monthly project KPI reports process to meet deadlines
- Manage clients’ commercial queries liaising with the operational team
- Process accurate timesheet data on a weekly basis
- Support operational team in adhering to management systems
- Support operational team to ensure quality systems are accurate and up to date
- Manage local purchase order system
- Arrange hotel bookings for depot staff and operatives
- Provide general commercial support to Project Manager and Commercial Manager as required

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to focus on all areas of a task
- High level competency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
