Hatton Traffic Management is a leading provider of traffic management services across the UK. Established in 1976, Hatton has developed into a major force within the highways, rail and utilities sectors, working closely with our clients as a key part of their integrated supply chain.

We are looking for a part-time Commercial Administrator to join our team. You will be based at our Tottenham Depot in London and this role involves overseeing commercial administration and ensuring strict adherence to internal management and quality protocols with precision and accuracy.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage clients' commercial queries liaising with operational team
- Review agency invoices against internal data systems to ensure accuracy; and manage query process
- Manage purchase order queries
- Support operational team in the collection and authorising of timesheets
- Process accurate weekly timesheet data
- Manage project administration as required
- Arrange hotel bookings for depot staff and operatives
- Provide general commercial support as required
- Support operational team in adhering to management systems
- Support operational team to ensure quality systems are accurate and up to date

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to focus on all areas of a task
- High level competency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

**Additional Information**
- Ideally working 9:30am-2:30pm (25 hours per week), Monday to Friday (however alternative working pattern can be discussed at interview)
