Senior Residential Support Worker

Annual salary between £25,380 - £29,120 working up to 40 hours a week PLUS an annual sleep allowance of between £2,835 and £4,725 (based on between 6 and 10 sleeps per month over 10.5 months)

**Your role will involve**:
- Providing a nurturing environment for our young people in which their physical and emotional needs are met
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being.
- Engaging in recreational activities and educational programs to promote the children's development.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Developing individualised care plans based on each child's unique needs.
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure holistic care
- Providing leadership to junior staff
- Being a positive role model
**Experience and Qualifications required**:
- At least 1 year’s relevant professional experience working with young people in a residential setting
- A Level 4 Diploma in Children & Young People Practitioner (or equivalent) or be close to completing it
- A full clean manual driving licence held for at least 1 year
