**Team Leader, Customer Service and Business Admin & Leadership Tutor - Northwest**
We would love to hear from experienced and qualified Level 3 plus Business Admin, Customer Service and Team Leader Tutors.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Training Provider. We are looking for fully qualified Tutors, to assess and tutor Apprentices in the workplace using a hybrid delivery model.
**Monday - Friday: £28,000 - £31,000 per year DOE**
**Qualifications and Education Essential**:
- Relevant assessors’ qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32)
*Practical Leadership and Management experience
**Ability to travel when needed **- The majority of the position is home based with mandatory face to face observations in/around the Northwest within your learner’s settings.
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Experience in delivering work-based learning/ apprenticeships.
- Sound knowledge of the sector in which you will be delivering, L3- L5 Leadership and Management L5, L3 Business Admin, L3 Customer service and L3 Team Leader apprenticeships.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience in providing information advice and guidance Personal Attributes & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Personable and friendly
- Ability to work in collaboration with others.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and unsupervised.
Applicants would be responsible for a caseload of up to 40 Learners. A full driving licence, with own vehicle, is essential.
Applicants would be required to plan and carry out assessments/tutoring, to meet the apprenticeship standards, ensuring timely achievement of qualifications.
Essential qualifications and experience required:
Applicants must hold D32/D33, A1, CAVA, Assessors Qualification.

We would expect the post holder to be responsible for the Safeguarding of learners within their area and across the organisation including:
- Ensuring compliance with procedures for the protection of children and vulnerable adults
- Making certain of compliance with any guidance on Safe Working Practice
- Being alert to any indication or allegation of abuse and take appropriate action under the appropriate procedures.
**Comply with relevant internal and stakeholder policies and regulations**
- Comply with the Company DBS and security procedures and ensure annual declaration is maintained.
- Ensure that every aspect of the Training’s Equal Opportunity policy is rigorously maintained.
- Ensure that every aspect of the Training’s Safeguarding policy is rigorously maintained and causes for concern are highlighted to the safeguarding officer in line with organisational guidance.
- Ensure healthy and safe working practices are always maintained.
