We are currently looking for a Patient Flow Administrator to join our busy dedicated day surgery ward.

It supports the development of instant and positive relationships within the Day Procedure Unit ward environment and facilitates the individual to work inclusively and collaboratively with our colleagues in surgery to provide provision of excellent care. The highest level of integrity and honesty is expected and feedback from the monthly Family and Friends audit confirm most respondents value the care they receive.

Staff will work collaboratively within the team both independently and with direct supervision from others. They will work closely with the requirements of Trust and Departmental policies and procedures to ensure that patient pathways are correctly managed accordingly. Data collection and processing is vital for service improvement; therefore, they will assist the managing team with regular audits.

To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
