**Administrator Role**
Normal hours are 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.00 on a Friday. Half hour lunch break.

My client is looking to recruit an organised and motivated administrator to join a long-established Education company for adult learners.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any individual looking to develop a wide range of admin skills.
**Role requirements**:
- Exam registrations, entering important data, amending documentation, controlling records, preparing/despatching materials, creating reports and working with other departments to ensure the smooth running of activities.
- Planning, organisation and fulfilment of training, consultancy and other events, including dates, venues, people, equipment, materials and processes to meet awarding body requirements.
**Skills**:
At least one year’s experience working in an office environment in an administrative role.
In addition, you may be required to provide administration at local venues.
You should therefore have a clean driving licence and be able to make a car available for business use, mileage allowances will be provided.
- In possession of strong IT skills including experience using Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Able to work using own initiative.
- Able to manage projects to completion.
- Able to deal with high volumes of workloads, data entry and strict deadlines.
- Confident, motivated and well organised
- Customer focused.
- A good communicator, numerate and literate.
- Reliable and accurate.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 36.5 per week
