**Job Title: Therapeutic Support Worker - Children’s service**
**Locations**: Fordhouses area of Wolverhampton

**Make a difference to Children in our Care: Do you have at least 1 years’ experience is a Residential Care setting, maybe in an adult’s settings where your skills gained to date are transferrable and you just fancy moving into a children’s home setting, or you have experience in an Education setting. We could put you through the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) and if completed within the agreed timescale you could earn £1000 bonus.**
**Our home in Wolverhampton is in the local community supporting upto 2 young people with complex needs in solo placements**
- **Salary: £22,000 to £24,000**:

- **Sleep ins paid at £60 with a potential of earning £26,320 - £28,320 if you completed an average of 6 sleeps ins a month**:

- **£1000 bonus upon completion of Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) within the agreed timescale.**:

- **£1000 refer a friend scheme (paid on completion of their probation)**

**Hours**:Average 40 hours per week (1 on, 2 off day rota)

**Contract**:Permanent

As a **Therapeutic Support Worker,** you will carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual support required by the children and young people in our care. You will support the children & young people to appointments and other fun activities, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, complete relevant paperwork, and where appropriate administer medication. You will create positive relationships with the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Experience in Residential childcare (preferred, but not essential)
- Hold a Diploma Level 3 in diploma for residential childcare or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)
