The Leader Group are recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee and support Children's Residential Homes in Shropshire.

Working for a national organisation that has over 125 children's homes across the UK, with over 80% of their homes being rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding'.

The Role:

- Act as the responsible individual under Ofsted regulations
- Provide support and mentorship to the service managers
- Ensure the provision of quality services
- Managing the regional budget effectively and in line with company financial policies
- Take the lead and support with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to and following inspections

Skills and Experience Required:

- Significant experience of working in residential children's settings
- Clear understanding of the Ofsted regulatory framework
- Experience of multi-site management
- Commitment to delivering high quality care
- In depth knowledge of EBD, SEMH and other complex / challenging behaviours
- Hold a current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
