Why This Role is Unique: As a Shropshire Fundraising Executive, you will be at the forefront of our mission in the Shropshire area, working within a supportive and dynamic team. You’ll play a crucial role in driving community engagement, developing relationships with key supporters, and expanding our reach through innovative fundraising strategies.

Engage : Lead fundraising efforts by developing and implementing regional fundraising strategies in Shropshire.
Build and nurture relationships with individuals, community groups, schools, and small businesses to increase loyalty and support for MAAC.
Collaborate : Work closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and wider team to maximise opportunities and ensure the success of our fundraising initiatives.
Support and train volunteers, offering tailored stewardship to enhance their engagement with MAAC.
Impact : Deliver presentations and talks to various audiences to raise awareness of MAAC’s mission and generate support for the charity.

Who You Are: You are a proactive individual with experience in fundraising or community engagement. Your ability to foster relationships and your innovative approach will help MAAC grow and thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Experience in fundraising, community engagement, or a similar role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for MAAC’s mission and a commitment to our values of inclusivity and community support
