Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Community Fundraising Manager to support the delivery of our fundraising strategy, developing regional plans to support growth and development.
  • Support the development of a robust prospect pipeline of opportunities, identifying and cultivating leads, re-engaging lapsed supporters, and generating potential leads in collaboration with our Fundraising team.
  • Organize and host quarterly meetings for Shropshire volunteers to foster strong relationships and increase engagement.
  • Manage donor records for the Shropshire region, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Deliver presentations, talks, and pitches to various audiences, showcasing our charity clients' work and impact.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining successful relationships with customers, clients, or supporters.
  • Experience in a customer service role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
  • General office administration and support experience, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in working to and achieving financial targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using a customer database, such as Access CRM or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • A valid driving license (manual) and a willingness to travel within the Shropshire region.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000 per annum, a full-time, permanent contract with flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work with a leading charity recruitment specialist.
